All of our products are MADE TO ORDER! This means if you place an order for a Half Baked Scrub, we make that scrub *after* your order to ensure every product is fresh and at it's highest quality. Sometimes, we have a high volume of orders in and it takes longer than expected to pack out orders. Just know your patience is ALWAYS appreciated. (Pssssst...we compensate with extra goodies!)

Since we are made to order, sometimes orders can take a couple of weeks. If you ever want to add on to an open order that has NOT been fulfilled yet, simply use "DoseDrop" as your coupon code. It will take off shipping. 

Please Note: You MUST use the same name, address and account so our website catches you have more than one open order. If it is not caught due to a name or address change, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs. 

Please do not use this coupon code if you do not have an open order. We do not profit off shipping and it really costs us what we charge you for shipping. It hurts us as a small business when this happens. Please be courteous!

Due to our terms + conditions, we only allow full refunds/cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. We will always cancel your order after that but there will be a 20% order fee in case we have already started your order. Thanks for understanding!

We ALWAYS ship USPS Priority Mail 2 or 3 day. (If you live in outside countries such as Guam or Canada, please expect times to be longer) You will receive a tracking number as soon as we print your label. Sometimes, we fulfill orders in bulk and you'll receive a tracking number BEFORE it is handed over to USPS. This time will never exceed 24 hours and if it does, we will contact you to let you know everything is A-OK!

We package every order like it's a gift from us to you. We always use biodegradable packing peanuts along with paper shreds + tissue paper. We promise to be as environmentally friendly as we can in each package but do encourage you do to do your part as well!
