We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within a maximum of 24 hrs of placing your order and we’ll do our best to make changes. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify it.

We’re so sorry! Email us at contact@dosebathco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

No, we do not accept returns due to the fact these are soaps and cannot be resold once they've arrived and have been opened to other customers. Thank you for understanding!

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our shop. You can also log in to your account to view order status.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US. Sometimes, as a small business with a family, we can run into slight delays. We almost always have orders out within 72 hours though!

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. The cost of shipping is crazy high right now!

Most of our formulas are free from sulfates, parabens, and artificial dyes. Each product page lists the full ingredient list. When in doubt, patch test before use or reach out :) we’re happy to recommend the right product for your skin type.

Yes!! All of our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. We also only buy ingredients and supplies by companies who also test cruelty free! We are a full 100% woman owned, vegan + cruelty free and ethically sourced company. All of our products are also handmade in house!
