Thank you for shopping with Dose Bath Co.  Every order is packed with care and made to feel like a little gift to yourself.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing. During large launches, holidays, or limited drops, processing times may be slightly extended. Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, restock and shipping times can vary depending on demand.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that shipping delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Limited Drops & Restocks

Many of our collections are released in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, it may not return. We recommend signing up for email or text notifications to stay updated on future drops and restocks.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Dose Bath Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@dosebathco.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Dose Bath Co. is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

We make our products in Central FL, a pretty hot place. Our products have never been reported to have arrived melted. We have formulated our recipes to withstand the heat. However, if you've received a product which has leaked or shown up less than par, please reach out to me.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help make it right.
